“Jack is a dull boy when he doesn’t play.

Playing sports is an important part of who we are. A sport, both indoors and outdoors, not only makes us feel better, but it also relieves stress. Sports help us relax and teach us a lot of important lessons. What kind of sports someone plays says a lot about who they are.

This is exactly why it is suggested that anyone should make any sport they have played a part of their daily routine. Playing sports can help you get in shape, be more patient, work better with others, be a better leader, and bring people together.

Sports have been around almost as long as people have. Many of the games that were already around have changed and grown since then, and many new ones have been created. There are more than 100 games on the list now. A lot of different sports can be played, such as football, cricket, basketball, baseball, archery, car racing, boxing, wrestling, gymnastics, tennis, and more. There are many sports to choose from if someone wants to learn a new one.

We’ve got you covered, though, if you’re in the group of people who don’t play sports. Someone who said that you can’t learn a sport if you’re not naturally good at it was wrong. You can and will learn a sport, not only to get in shape but also because it looks great on your resume. Don’t forget to read about How to Improve Your CV and Build Your Resume Skills.

Here is a list of simple games that are easy to learn and don’t require a lot of time or money:

1. Tennis Badminton

Tennis Badminton

Badminton is without a doubt one of the best and easiest sports to learn. Two or four people stand on either side of the court and each have a racket and a shuttle cock. The goal for each team is to get the shuttle over the net and into the other team’s court. In this game, both teams try to keep the shuttle cock in the air and make the other team drop it by hitting it back and forth. Students will benefit from this sport because it will help them get stronger and tone their arms and legs. Not only that, but it will also help you relax, give your body more air, and give you a break in the easiest way possible.

How Long It Takes to Learn:

You can get better at badminton by practicing it often. They say “they are still learning” even when they are the best players. However, you can learn the basics of badminton on your own (with a good partner) in 15 days (2 hours per day), and if you join an expert coaching centre, you’ll get a full training in 3 to 5 months.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Each player gets one racquet.
  • One Dock for Shuttle
  • A court that is well marked and has a net

2. Swimming

Swimming

Anyone of any age can learn to swim. Learning this sport is very good for you in general. The person also can’t let the ball touch any part of their body, or they lose a point. A person can get one point by following several rules:

  • If the other player doesn’t serve right,

  • You can also wear and carry good shoes, wrist bands, and a water bottle.

5. Volleyball Play

 Volleyball Play

Volleyball is a team sport that is a lot of fun to learn and play. It is often called a “beach sport.” It is played outside on a big court with a net separating the two halves.
