Hi, I'm Atul Kumar, founder of ShiftHain, and I'm from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Before ShiftHain, I was on the other side of this problem. I was working and applying for jobs across multiple platforms. I saw how paid boosts and visibility packages often decided who gets noticed, not talent or potential.
At the same time, many small businesses and employers struggled to hire the right people because they didn't know how to write job descriptions, find the right talent, or build an effective hiring process.
Working with communities, youth groups, students and self-help groups taught me one powerful truth: employment transforms lives and creates long-term empowerment.
