Job Seeker Questions
Use the search bar on the homepage. Enter your desired job title, skill, or keyword, select your preferred location, and browse results.
Click on any job listing, review the details, and click "Apply Now". You may need to upload your resume if not already uploaded.
Yes, you can apply for as many jobs as you want. There is no limit on applications.
Go to your profile dashboard, click "Upload Resume", and select your resume file in PDF or Word format.
ShiftHain accepts resumes in PDF and DOC/DOCX formats. Maximum file size is 5 MB.
Yes, you can upload multiple resumes and select which one to use for each application.
Go to Profile Settings and turn on "Visible to Recruiters". Your profile will then appear in recruiter search results.
Currently ShiftHain does not support employer-specific blocking, but you can set your profile to private to hide from all searches.

Standard job postings remain active for 30 days. You can renew or repost after expiry.
Yes, you can edit active job postings from your Employer Dashboard at any time.
This depends on your subscription plan. Basic plans have a contact limit; premium plans offer unlimited candidate access.

Fraud & Safety Questions
No. ShiftHain never charges job seekers for applying, getting shortlisted, or getting hired. If anyone demands money in ShiftHain's name, it is a fraud.
Signs of fake jobs include: requests for payment, vague job descriptions, unrealistic salaries, no company name mentioned, and contact only via WhatsApp or personal numbers.
Immediately stop all communication, do not pay, report the recruiter at report@shifthain.com, and file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930.
Visit shifthain.com/report, fill in the report form with all details, and submit. Our compliance team will investigate within 48–72 hours.
ShiftHain permanently bans fraudulent accounts, removes fake listings, and cooperates with law enforcement authorities where required.
Yes, ShiftHain allows anonymous reporting. Your identity will not be shared with the reported party under any circumstances.
The national Cyber Crime Helpline number in India is 1930. You can also file online complaints at cybercrime.gov.in.
Never share sensitive identity documents unless you have thoroughly verified the employer's authenticity. ShiftHain does not require Aadhaar or PAN during job applications.
Immediately change your password, log out of all sessions from Account Settings, and contact support@shifthain.com with your registered email.
ShiftHain uses AI-based moderation, manual compliance reviews, and user reporting systems to detect and remove fake listings.
Account & Profile
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.
Go to Account Settings, click "Change Email", enter your new email, and verify it via OTP.
You will need to register separate accounts for each role as Job Seeker and Employer accounts operate independently.
Log in to your dashboard, go to "Edit Profile", update your details, and save changes.
Accounts are suspended for policy violations, suspicious activity, fake information, or spam. Contact legal@shifthain.com for appeal within 14 days.
Write to legal@shifthain.com within 14 days of suspension with your account details and reason for appeal.
You can browse job listings without registering, but applying for jobs requires a registered account.

Ensure your file is in an accepted format (PDF, DOC, JPG, PNG) and does not exceed the maximum size limit of 5 MB for resumes and 10 MB for evidence files.
Go to your dashboard, navigate to "Saved Searches", and delete the ones you no longer need.
Payments & Billing
ShiftHain accepts UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, and popular wallets like Paytm and PhonePe.
Yes, all payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. ShiftHain does not store your card or banking details.
Go to Billing & Payments in your dashboard and click "Download Invoice" next to the relevant transaction.
If payment fails, your subscription will not be activated. Retry payment from the Billing section. If money was debited but service was not activated, contact support@shifthain.com.
Subscriptions can be cancelled to stop auto-renewal from the Billing section. Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
